What Are the Odds?

Okay, so this never applies to anything significant like the lottery, but sometimes weird things happen, and I wonder exactly which planets aligned for this moment to occur. For example...

Yesterday, I bought lunch from the little cafe in my building. The lady asked me my name and wrote it on the takeout container. Of course, most likely due to my poor enunciation, the lady wrote "Moni" instead of "Bonnie".

I didn't finish all of my meal at lunch, so I decided to take the rest home. At the end of the day, I get into the elevator to go home. My coworker gets on the elevator with me, looks at the takeout container and says, "Why does your container say Moni on it?"

I explain that the lady at the cafe thought that that was my name.

He proceeds to say, "Moni... who the heck is named Moni anyways?"

Two seconds later, my coworker notices the name badge on the only other guy riding the elevator with us.

"MONI"
