If a person writes a blog and there is no one around to read it... does it still have a point?

Two Guys Named Art

I actually made it to the gym again this morning, and this time, the class consisted of me and two guys named Art. You can imagine how exciting that was. I swam some laps after the class, and lifeguard Clarence was sad to see me go (as I was the only person there). He came out of the pool area to say "bye" to me three times (going in to the locker room, coming out of the locker room, and when I had to go back because I forgot my cellphone).

Anyways, speaking of art... I spent my lovely bank holiday yesterday driving around the suburbs collecting more art projects. So far, this is what I have on my plate:

  • Gocco printing greeting cards (I just got 12 new colors!)
  • Gocco printing t-shirts
  • Making silver pendants out of precious metal clay
  • Making necklaces out of the beads I bought (coral and onyx and crystal - oh my!)
  • Sewing clothes from the patterns I bought (my experience with sewing up to this point consists of making 2 tank tops - one was too big... the other looks like I was having a seizure while I was working the sewing machine...)

I'm so restless that I have all of these projects going on at the same time. Between the exercising and the crafts, it's a wonder that I can keep a real job.

make me a britney spears t-shirt!

i wish i had the dedication to do art projects more...i always just seem to run out of time...but being at work for the majority of the day does take a big chunk out of it and i don't think my bosses would appreciate me sculpting while answering phones...

yay gym!

Uh... let's just say I don't think that I could do her justice on a t-shirt...
